One of Australia's most iconic coin series, the Australian Koala has been a popular design since its inception in 2008. Originally set as an uncapped mintage coin in parallel to the Australian Kangaroo, in more recent years their mintage has been strictly limited, making them popular between investors and collectors alike.

This years' edition of the Australian Koala Silver Bullion Coin features a frosted background with a Koala carrying a baby on its back while climbing. The reverse also features the 2023 year date, weight, purity and the Perth Mint "P" Mint Mark as well as the word "KOALA".
The obverse image features the Jody Clark effigy supplemented with the dates of Her Majesty’s reign – ‘1952 – 2022’.
