The easiest way to sell metal is to give us a call on 07 4028 4004 or email us at support@cairnsbullion.com.au Prices can be locked in over the phone or by email.

Metal can either be sent to us by courier, delivered in person to our Brisbane Vault (Level 6, 102 Adelaide Street), or we can arrange to collect from you anywhere in Australia using a fully insured courier (costs may apply).

Metal delivery is required within three business days of locking in an agreed buyback price. Allocated Storage accounts are adjusted immediately after locking in a price with no need to visit our store.

Loading bay access after 3pm daily can be arranged for larger buyback orders. Let us know if you would like to utilise this option and we can make arrangements to meet you in the bay with a trolley and escort you up to our Level 6 office.

Payment is made immediately upon receipt of metal and can be paid in cash or by bank transfer to your nominated bank account.
